HOSPITALITY PROJECTS
MUSANDA HOSPITAL, ABU DHABI
This facility consists of two basements, ground floor, First floor (mechanical floor) and three floors plus roof. The built-up area is 120,000 square meters with 356 inpatient beds and technical and support areas of 20,000 M2. The scope of work involved with was the complete design of MEP systems plus Value engineering on MEP systems and materials, peer review and preparation of all tender documents and specifications.

SOHAR WOMEN AND CHILDREN HOSPITAL, OMAN
It comprises of G+1+2+3+Roof with a total Buildup area of 40,700 M2 and 153 beds. The scope of work involved with was the complete design of MEP systems plus Value engineering on MEP] systems and materials, peer review and preparation of all tender documents and specifications.

INFINITY TOWER, DUBAI, UAE
The Project is a High Quality Residential Development designed by Architects SOM (U.S.A.) with K&A (CEC) providing Structural / MEP System Design and Construction Supervision Services. There are 5 Basement levels for Car Parking, 5 Podium Floors of Retail Space and Additional Car Parking and 70 Upper Floors offering 1BR / 2BR / 3BR / 4 Bedroom Apartments. The total Construction Cost of the 92,000 m2 Project is AED. 650.00 Million. This project we had designed the MEP systems for, it was very challenging since the project structure rotates 180 degrees which makes it very difficult to run the MEP services.

AL ZAHIA CITY CENTER, Sharjah, U.A.E.
The project is a new City Centre for Majid Al Futtaim. This mall accommodated between its walls several key anchor & flagship stores, restaurants and public entertainment facilities. The project did achieve the sustainability goal in design and obtained the LEED “GOLD” rating certification level. Also did obtain the MEP award for the project of the year on 2021. We did provide a district cooling plant for this project capacity of 12,000 tons. All Fresh Air Handling units were equipped with energy heat recovery wheels to reduce the A/C load; also variable frequency drive motors were used on all motors. All value engineering studies were applied on systems and materials.

Mall of Saudi, Riyadh
Majid Al Futtaim is developing two new landmark shopping malls in Riyadh. In north Riyadh, Mall of Saudi will be the Kingdom’s largest and first fully integrated lifestyle destination, with a total land built-up area of over 1,000,000 sqm, which will include one of the world’s largest indoor snow parks and ski slope. When opened, and in addition to the snow park and ski slope, the Mall will also feature a Carrefour hypermarket, a destination dining district with retractable roofs, food courts, Magic Planet, one of the region’s largest Vox Cinemas, an I-ride and approximately 500 shopping units.

This is a fast track design build project, with a client contractor and final client was the Royal Saudi Air force, the consultant was DAR Alhandasa.
The project had two sites with the following, military Airports, composed of offices, warehouses, maintenance facilities, storage facilities, schools, accommodation, mosques, Printing facility, fire stations, gates and others, with a total of 48 buildings (only three buildings are typical but in different sites).

ROSHIN REAL ESTATE, RIYADH
This project for Roshin Real Estate in Riyadh, the project had the following: Mosque, Kinder Garden, Combined School for boys, Primary schools for boys and girls, Local Mosques and Neighborhood Community Center and Primary Healthcare.
NEOM Silver Beach – RFP 500 Apartments Design review, also we were involved with many of the NEOM projects to do the design review.
TRSDC Shurayrah Island Program R07 HC1, HC2 & HC3 Riyadh:
This project is 3 hotels for the ministry of Tourism at Riyadh, Shurarah central hotel 1, 2 & 3
